# Flor De Calabaza Tacos ## Ingredients * 4 large tortillas * 2 cups of flor de calabaza (squash blossoms) * 1/2 onion, diced * 1/2 cup of crumbled queso fresco * 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil * 1/4 teaspoon of cumin * Salt and pepper, to taste ## Instructions 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. 3. Add the flor de calabaza and cumin and season with salt and pepper. 4. Sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the blossoms are tender. 5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. 6. Place a tortilla on a plate and top with a large spoonful of the flor de calabaza. 7. Sprinkle with queso fresco and top with another tortilla. 8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. 9.
