Let's get started! # Recipe for Blues Clues Cake Pops ## Ingredients * 3 cups of cake mix * 1/4 cup of vegetable oil * 1/3 cup of water * 2 eggs * 1/4 cup of melted butter * 1/2 cup of blueberry jam * 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips * 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips ## Directions ### Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. ### Step 2 In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. ### Step 3 Mix together until the batter is smooth and evenly blended. ### Step 4 Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and pour the batter into the pan. ### Step 5 Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. ### Step 6 Once the cake has cooled completely, cut the cake into small cubes, about 1 inch in size. ### Step 7 In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and blueberry jam until they are evenly blended. ### Step 8 Place the cubed cake into the bowl with the butter and jam and mix until all of the cubes are evenly coated. ### Step 9 Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out the mixture and form it into balls. ### Step 10 Melt the white and dark chocolate chips in separate bowls in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted. ### Step 11 Using a fork, dip the cake balls into either the white or dark chocolate, rolling them until they are completely coated. ### Step 12 Place the cake pops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them cool completely before serving.
