Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish with butter.

2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken, potatoes, onion, and celery. Cook until vegetables are softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add flour and stir until combined. Gradually stir in chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened, about 2 minutes.

4. Add salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir to combine. Gradually stir in milk and cheese. Heat until mixture is warmed through and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.

5. Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake for 30 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly and top is lightly browned.
