Ingredients:

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour - 1 teaspoon baking soda - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1/2 cup softened butter - 1 cup packed brown sugar - 1/4 cup molasses - 1 egg - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 5 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions:

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
